Is the statement that the Speech of Allah has no beginning, meaning that every word of Allah Almighty is preceded by another word ad infinitum, agreed upon by the People of Sunnah?

The Sunni and Hadith Imams are in consensus that Allah Almighty has always been described as One Who speaks, and He speaks whenever He wills. His speech is ancient in kind but new in individual instances. The Karramiyyah, however, claim that Allah's speech is contingent, having occurred after He was not a Speaker, and this is considered false by the Sunnis because it implies that Allah was imperfect and then attained perfection, or that He became imperfect after being perfect. The Sunnis do not say that speech is impossible for Allah; rather, they say that Allah's speech is ancient in kind and eternal, that He speaks whenever and however He wills, but that its individual instances are renewed.
