How can one reconcile striving for the Hereafter with the necessity of dealing with people and gaining their affection, and how is sincerity to Allah achieved in work amidst the supervision of managers and reliance on salary, considering the Hadith: "Whoever relies on his money will diminish, whoever relies on his authority will be humiliated, whoever relies on his intellect will be confused, and whoever relies on Allah will neither be humiliated nor diminish nor be confused"? Does this affect reliance on Allah? And is fearing managers' evaluations considered hypocrisy, despite being keen not to commit forbidden acts? Does this affect the reward and recompense?

A Muslim can combine working for this world and the Hereafter by maintaining a sincere intention in their worldly deeds. The fundamental principle in this regard is that mixing with people is preferable to isolation, except in cases where there is a fear of religious tribulation. This mixing should be to the extent of need, such that a person chooses to mix with those they need for matters of their religion and their worldly life.

One can earn the pleasure of Allah and people by excelling in their work and avoiding deceit in it, and by striving to please Allah Almighty first and foremost, without disobeying Him. As for reliance on Allah Almighty, it is required, but it does not mean abandoning the taking of means, planning, and earning money through legitimate channels.
