Is it permissible to remain in a job at a usurious bank for an additional six years to benefit from a scholarship and receive a large financial compensation, while there is a job opportunity with a much lower income that is not enough to meet one's needs?

Your work in a usurious bank is forbidden because it is cooperation in sin. The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, "cursed the one who consumes Riba, the one who feeds it, its scribe, and its two witnesses," and he said, "They are all equal in sin." Your work is not free from this. You must leave this job immediately. Permissible work is blessed, even if its salary is small. "Allah destroys Riba and nourishes charities." The salary and scholarship related to usurious work are forbidden, and you must seek out permissible work and earnings.
