The answer

May Allah reward you for your eagerness to honor your parents and maintain ties of kinship, and for your fear of consuming usury. Maintaining ties of kinship has many forms, not limited to visits. Be sure to please your mother and inform her of the truth of the matter to avoid her anger. Strive to acquire a car to shorten the distance, and acquiring a house in a country other than your place of work might not be feasible at present. Hajj is not obligatory upon you if you do not possess provisions exceeding your basic needs.
