Is the Hadith: "Whoever abandons prayer without a valid excuse will remain in Hell for eighty huqbahs, and a huqbah is eighty years, and a year is eighty months, and a month is eighty days, and a day is eighty hours, and an hour is eighty thousand years of what you count" authentic?

This report has no basis, but the threat of punishment for neglecting prayer is established in Islam, as in His (Allah's) saying: (There succeeded them a generation who neglected prayers and pursued desires; so they are going to meet evil - Ghaia) and His saying: (So woe to those who pray, [but] who are heedless of their prayer). The preponderant opinion regarding one who intentionally abandons prayer is that he is a disbeliever and his destiny is the Fire.
