And is she entitled to seek a divorce from her husband due to his alcohol addiction, despite his commitment to prayer and fasting and his good character, especially since she is pregnant by him?

The hijab is an obligation upon the Muslim woman, and her presence in a country that prohibits it or causes harassment does not exempt her from it; rather, emigration becomes obligatory for her in this case. A husband drinking alcohol is a grave evil, and he must be advised and reminded of Allah, and it should be clarified that his action is not an excuse for that. The husband's transgression is one of the grounds for seeking divorce, and the wife has the right to do so if he does not repent, or she can be patient with him and advise him in hope of his rectification.
