Which is better: prioritizing making up missed prayers over completing the memorization of the Qur'an and performing Qiyam al-Layl and supererogatory prayers, or combining both, taking into account that neglecting memorization may lead to forgetting what has been memorized?

Whoever has missed prayers to make up, the minimum they must make up per day is the prayers of two days. They can make them up while simultaneously memorizing and reviewing the Quran and attending to their livelihood. Patience, perseverance, and seeking Allah's help are recommended.
