What are the parameters for complaining to Allah, the Exalted, and is expressing weariness and worry considered discontent with Allah's decree, and is intense weeping during supplication for worldly matters considered discontent or impatience?

Complaining to Allah and supplicating to Him, asking Him to remove sorrow and harm, is permissible, as Jacob and Job, peace be upon them, did. This differs from showing annoyance or discontent with Allah's decree. There is no harm in supplicating for the removal of harm, and the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, and his companions used to do so. Saying, "O Lord, You have provided for everyone around me, so do not deprive me; I am tired of this and I am distressed," is permissible if it does not constitute an objection to divine decree or a sign of discontent. Intense weeping during supplication for worldly matters is not considered discontent, as long as the heart is certain of Allah's wisdom and mercy, and that Allah is more merciful to His servants and more knowledgeable of their welfare, and that His withholding is a gift, and His trial is a healing.
