Is it permissible to go for Umrah while owing a debt to another, knowing that I mediated this debt to avert harm from another friend?

If the questioner is the debtor, the answer is in Fatwa no. 104666. However, if the questioner is merely a guarantor, the creditor has the right to prevent him from traveling until the debt is secured by a collateral or another guarantor.
