Zina (fornication/adultery) is a grave sin and an abomination that negatively impacts the individual and society. Therefore, the questioner must repent immediately and sever his relationship with the woman. Repentance is remorse for sin, whereas trivializing sin is the act of a dissolute person. It is not permissible for the woman to undergo a hymen reconstruction surgery, nor is it permissible for the man to assist her in doing so. Both of them must repent, conceal their past sins, and not disclose what has transpired of their transgressions. The marriage of the woman to her paternal cousin is valid as long as she has outwardly consented, for love is not a condition for the validity of the marriage contract (nikah).
