What is the ruling on delivering sermons and speeches in a loud and disturbing voice immediately after the obligatory prayer, especially the Fajr prayer, on a daily basis, which does not leave sufficient time for glorification (tasbeeh) and supplication (du'a), knowing that this person's language is weak, he interprets the Qur'an superficially, and he is not proficient in the rules of recitation (tajweed)?

Teaching Islamic knowledge in the mosque is one of the most emphasized duties, and it is recommended to hold study circles there. Some scholars have permitted raising one's voice when teaching knowledge if there is a need for it, such as a large gathering or during a sermon. Therefore, we advise cooperating with the Imam to continue with the sermons, and discreetly advising him to increase the knowledge shared and not to raise his voice without need. As for the timing of the lesson, it should be delayed until people finish the prescribed remembrances after the obligatory prayer if they are waiting for it. Otherwise, brief lessons can be presented earlier. The Imam should not burden the people so that they become weary, and he should only speak about what he excels in.
