What is the ruling on re-performing missed prayers when the order between them has been violated, or when the hand has not been covered, or when audible and silent recitation were done in their improper places, or when the Abrahamic prayer was recited in the second rak'ah out of ignorance, or when seeking refuge from the Dajjal was omitted, or when a surah after Al-Fatiha was omitted?

The majority of scholars hold that arranging missed prayers is obligatory, and the number of missed prayers, whether few or many, does not affect this ruling. The Hanbalis alone are of the opinion that arranging missed prayers is a condition for the validity of the prayer. There is no obligation to repeat prayers that were performed after discovering the invalidity of one of them, as long as the questioner was unaware of the invalidity of that prayer at the time of its performance. The obligation of arrangement is waived in the case of forgetfulness, based on the saying of the Prophet, peace be upon him: "Mistakes and forgetfulness have been forgiven for my Ummah." So, if one forgets the arrangement, it is waived for him, and the second prayer is valid if he forgot that he had the first one to perform. However, if he remembers it during the second prayer, the second prayer becomes invalid.
