Is it permissible to use an iron pen during ruqyah with the intention of repelling jinn, and is this action considered sorcery?

It is not permissible to use a pen containing iron as a basis for treating magic and similar ailments, because its efficacy has not been proven, neither legally (by Islamic law) nor empirically. Believing in its benefit leads to superstition and opens a door for devils. Anyone who needs Ruqyah is advised to go to upright reciters who adhere to Sharia in their treatment.
