If the deceased's heirs are limited to those mentioned, the estate is divided as follows:
The daughters: The two daughters receive two-thirds as a prescribed share, based on Allah's saying: "But if there are [only] daughters, two or more, for them is two thirds of what he left." The grandchildren from the son's side (males and females): They inherit the remainder by way of 'asaba (agnatic succession), with the male receiving the share of two females. They take the place of direct children in their absence, based on Allah's saying regarding children: "Allah instructs you concerning your children: for the male, what is equal to the share of two females." The full brother's son: He inherits nothing, as he is excluded by the son's son.
