Is finding children's pictures and a personal picture of the guardian, in addition to what resembles a "small goat's horn," in the possession of a non-Muslim maid, considered sorcery or merely a coincidence unrelated to sorcery?

Since the maid is a disbeliever, it is not unlikely that she would do something harmful to a Muslim, for Allah, the Almighty, says: {They do not observe in a believer any kinship or any covenant.} And the presence of the goat's horn indicates the possibility of her seeking to practice magic, and it is obligatory to get rid of her. And let not what aroused your suspicion about her lead you to wrong her: {And let not the hatred of a people prevent you from being just.}

If there is a need for maids, the following Sharia (definition) guidelines must be observed: 1. The maid must be Muslim. If she is a disbeliever, extreme caution must be exercised with her, especially concerning children. 2. Obligate her to wear the hijab (definition) and observe the Sharia boundaries in dealing with her, such as not being in seclusion with her or engaging in forbidden mixing. 3. Enjoin good and forbid evil if she is Muslim, and invite her to Islam if she is non-Muslim. 4. Never entrust her with the upbringing of children, as their upbringing is the responsibility of the parents. 5. Her rights must be fully paid without any reduction, and she should not be tasked with work beyond her capacity.
