Must one always wash away prostatic fluid to perform the prayer, or can it be ignored if its emission is linked to arousal and not incontinence?

"Madhy" (pre-seminal fluid) is a thin, white fluid that is discharged upon arousal or thinking about sexual intercourse. It is impure (najis) and nullifies ablution (wudu') by consensus. It is purified by washing. If its discharge is frequent and washing becomes difficult, sprinkling water (nadh) suffices, based on the Prophet's (peace be upon him) saying to Sahl ibn Hunayf: "It is sufficient for you to take a handful of water and sprinkle it on your garment and wherever you see that it has affected it." A man must wash his penis. A woman is not required to wash her private parts unless she is certain of its discharge, and washing the inside of the vagina is not obligatory. If the exact spot affected by madhy is unknown, all areas of the garment or body where its presence is suspected must be purified.
