How can one perform the three prayers (Asr, Maghrib, and Isha) if one works alone as a cashier and cannot leave work from after Asr prayer until 11:00 PM?

Prayer is the greatest pillar of Islam, and it is not permissible to neglect it. If the work entails missing the 'Asr prayer by letting its time expire, then it is not permissible to remain in that job if there is no harm to one's livelihood. One must search for a way to perform the prayer on time or leave the job. However, if there is harm to one's livelihood, then it is permissible to combine the Dhuhr and 'Asr prayers by praying them earlier (taqdeem), and the Maghrib and 'Isha prayers by praying them later (ta'kheer) to alleviate hardship. If it is possible to perform the prayer on time but difficult to go to the mosque, then it is permissible to leave the congregation due to an excuse. The duty is to fear Allah and be diligent in joining the congregation as much as possible, and it is not permissible to let the prayer's time expire completely.
