It is not permissible to transplant reproductive organs that produce sperm or transfer genetic traits, such as the testicles and ovaries, due to the resulting confusion of lineage. The resolution of the Islamic Fiqh Academy has stipulated this. As for reproductive organs that do not produce sperm or transfer genetic traits, such as the penis, the woman's vulva, and the woman's internal organs other than the ovaries, the Islamic Fiqh Academy has deemed their transplantation permissible, with the exception of the severe 'awrah (intimate parts). Meanwhile, some researchers have opined that the transplantation of these organs, including the severe 'awrah, is permissible.
