What are the Tajwid rulings that involve a Kasra?

Among the Tajweed rulings related to the kasra (vowel point for 'i' sound) are: the softening (tarqeeq) of the ra'at (ر) and lammat (ل), imalah (slanting the 'a' sound towards 'e') and taqleel (reducing the 'a' sound), reducing the tafkheem (emphasis/fullness) in emphasized letters if they are kasra-ed, and moving the first of two quiescent letters with a kasra when they meet.
