Why is no fatwa issued clarifying the necessity for a husband to treat his wife well and his responsibility before Allah, and circulated internally to the institution's employees?

The person closest to a man is his wife. Allah has commanded that she be honored and treated kindly, as He says: "And live with them in kindness." And the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "The best among you is the one who is best to his family," and "The most complete in faith among believers are those who are best in character, and the best of you are those who are best to their women." Honoring a woman is a sign of a well-rounded personality, while humiliating her is a sign of baseness and meanness. A husband is accountable before Allah for his wife. Both spouses must fulfill their rights and overlook what can be overlooked, and their interactions should be based on tolerance and seeking excuses for one another. We advise the wife to be patient with her husband, overlook his shortcomings, and gently remind him of his duties.
