Is what we do on Friday prayer correct, in terms of listening to a sermon in our language, then the Adhan, then performing four Rak’ahs of Sunnah, then the Imam's sermon in Arabic?

Scholars have differed on the condition of Arabic language in the Friday sermon, holding three views:

1. First View: Arabic is a condition for whoever is able to speak it, even if the listeners do not understand it. (Malikis and the well-known view among Hanbalis). 2. Second View: Arabic is a condition for whoever is able to speak it, unless all listeners do not know Arabic, in which case he should deliver the sermon in their language. (The correct view among Shafi'is and some Hanbalis). 3. Third View: It is recommended to be in Arabic, but it is not a condition. The preacher may deliver the sermon in his own language without Arabic. (Abu Hanifa and some Shafi'is, and this is the preferred view among many contemporary scholars, the Fiqh Council, the Permanent Committee, Ibn Baz, and Ibn Uthaymeen).

Learning Arabic is encouraged to understand Sharia and the Quran, but the essence of the sermon is to achieve benefit and admonition in a language understood by the attendees, with the obligation to recite Quranic verses in Arabic and then explain them.

The form of the Friday prayer should not be changed by having two sermons. Instead, the sermon should be delivered in the language of the people, or in Arabic with immediate translation.

There is no specific number of Sunnah prayers before Jumu'ah. Rather, absolute voluntary prayers are prescribed before it.
