What is incumbent upon a woman who miscarried in her third month, and the fetus went into the toilet, then she flushed it?

If the miscarriage was not due to the woman's actions, then she only needs to seek forgiveness from Allah Almighty and repent for what she did concerning that embryo, which may have been fully formed. She is in a state of post-natal bleeding (nifas).
