What is the advice of the Shari'ah regarding a person who refrains from working in a mixed environment for fear of temptations during Ramadan, and intends to undertake *ihtisab* (enjoining good and forbidding evil) on the beach, along with a clarification of the ruling on the beard in Islam?

Leaving work in a mixed environment where you fear temptation is absolutely the right thing to do, especially during virtuous times. The unemployed person should strive to find another job that does not have this religious prohibition. As for the determination to go out for enjoining good and forbidding evil, it is contingent on ability and balancing benefit with harm. If it leads to a greater evil, then it is not permissible, because establishing this ritual for individuals requires observing the Islamic guidelines: that forbidding evil does not lead to a greater evil, that the one forbidding has the ability to change, that they do not expose themselves to great tribulation, and that they repel evil with the easiest means by which it can be repelled. As for shaving the beard, its ruling has been explained in previous fatwas.
