Why don't women pray with men in the mosque, while they worship God together in Mecca?

Mixing between men and women during Tawaf (circumambulation) is against the Sharia. Women should perform Tawaf behind men or at night. Mixing and physical contact were not permissible during the time of the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, as Aisha used to perform Tawaf away from men. The prayer of women in the mosque has regulations to prevent mixing, including dedicating a door for them, placing them in rows behind men, encouraging them to be in the back rows or to pray in their homes, their departure from the mosque before men, and their adherence to the hijab.
