To what extent is it true that only four have ruled the earth from the time of Adam to this day: two believers (Solomon and Dhu al-Qarnayn) and two disbelievers (Nebuchadnezzar and Nimrod)?

Four individuals ruled the earth: two believers and two disbelievers. The two believers were Sulaiman and Dhu al-Qarnayn. The two disbelievers were Nimrod and Nebuchadnezzar. It is also said that a fifth, from the Prophet's household (Ahl al-Bayt), will rule it.
