Is the emigration of young people to Western countries to improve their living conditions and form families, with the intention of returning to their home countries, considered a lack of reliance on Allah or taking the necessary means?

A Muslim must believe that his provision (rizq) is decreed from eternity, and he will not die until he has fully received his provision and completed his term of life (ajal). He must take lawful means in seeking provision, without relying solely on these means. He is not permitted to resort to unlawful methods. He must not be preoccupied with the worry of provision and securing the future, because that indicates a flaw in his belief and may push him to commit forbidden acts. It is not permissible to travel to disbelieving lands for work, due to the risks it poses to one's religion and morals.
