Is the questioner included in the warning of the prophetic Hadith about the one who enjoins good but does not do it, and forbids evil but commits it, if he secretly listens to music and commanded his friend to turn it off upon remembering that he does not listen to it?

He who publicizes his sin is more sinful than he who conceals it, because the publicizer of sin combines with the sin obstinacy and disdain. Moreover, his harm may extend to others by enticing them to imitate him, and thus he bears the sin of his transgression and the sin of those who followed him. Publicizing sin indicates disdain for the right of Allah and the right of His servants, obstinacy towards religion, and a heart devoid of fear and shame. Enjoining good and forbidding evil against those who commit sins is obligatory. The one who enjoins good must first apply it to himself, lest he fall into the severe warning mentioned in the Qur'an and Sunnah.
