Who is the bankrupt person mentioned in the noble Hadith?

The true bankrupt on the Day of Judgment is one who comes with prayer, fasting, and zakat, but he comes having wronged others by slandering, defaming, unlawfully consuming their wealth, shedding blood, and striking them. His good deeds will be taken to compensate the wronged, and if his good deeds run out before he has repaid what he owes, then the sins of the wronged will be taken and cast upon him, and then he will be cast into the Fire. This is unlike the bankrupt in this world whose bankruptcy may be removed; the bankruptcy of the Hereafter is utter perdition.
