Falsifying grades for academic excellence is considered cheating and an infringement upon the rights of others. This act may also lead to unqualified individuals assuming positions they do not deserve. The guardian (those in authority) must choose the most competent and suitable individuals for public offices, for whoever appoints a man to a position when there is someone more righteous than him has betrayed Allah, His Messenger, and the believers. Every shepherd is responsible for his flock, and whoever cheats his flock, Allah will forbid him from smelling the fragrance of Paradise.
