The answer

Faith in the Last Day and contemplation of encouragement and deterrence motivate a person to obey Allah and avoid His disobedience, as the people of Paradise said: "Indeed, we fear from our Lord a Day, frowning and calamitous." The Prophet (peace be upon him) commanded frequent remembrance of death, as it encourages self-improvement. Allah commands His servants to fear Him and to look to what they have put forth for their tomorrow, to hold themselves accountable, and to rectify errors.

What you are complaining about—loud voice, quick temper, and psychological fatigue—is caused by Satan, who accompanies those who neglect the remembrance of Allah and replace it with songs. "And whoever turns away from the remembrance of the Most Merciful - We will appoint for him a devil, who will be his companion." Whereas, "Unquestionably, by the remembrance of Allah hearts are assured," and it is a fortress against Satan. Listen to the words of Allah instead of songs, and let the Qur'an be recited in your home, especially Surat Al-Baqarah, for Satan flees from a house where it is recited.

Repent to Allah with sincere repentance, and increase your seeking of forgiveness and supplication, for Allah is too shy to turn away His servant's hands empty. Be wary of neglecting prayer and infringing upon the husband's rights, for the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said: "Look to your position with him, for verily he is your Paradise and your Hellfire."
