How authentic are the two hadiths: "One who abandons prayer is not to be sat with, nor eaten with, nor shared drink with," and "Speaking in the mosque consumes good deeds"?

The famous hadith: "Talking in the mosque consumes good deeds just as animals consume grass" has no basis, and similarly, with the other wording: "Permissible speech in the mosque consumes good deeds just as fire consumes wood," as clarified by Al-Albani in Al-Silsilah al-Da'ifah wal-Mawdu'ah (The Series of Weak and Fabricated Hadith). The phrase: "One who abandons prayer should not be eaten with or drunk with" is not a hadith and has not been reported in the books of Sunnah.
