How authentic is the Hadith: "Do not prevent anyone from taking a midday nap in the mosque, whether a resident or a guest"?

The aforementioned hadith was narrated by Al-Tabarani with the wording: "Swords are not to be drawn, nor arrows scattered in mosques, nor is one to swear by Allah in the mosque, nor is one to prevent siesta (qaylulah) in mosques, whether for a resident or a guest, nor are they to be built with images (tasawir) nor adorned with glass bottles (qawarir), for they were only built with trustworthiness (amanah) and honored with dignity (karamah)." The ruling on its authenticity is unknown, but the part "nor is one to prevent siesta in mosques" is authentic and is supported by the action of the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, with Ali, may Allah be pleased with him, when he found him sleeping in the mosque. Al-Bukhari titled a chapter "The chapter of siesta in the mosque," and Ibn Hajar stated the permissibility of taking a siesta in the mosque.
