Does reciting Surat Ya-Sin in Ramadan equal reciting the Qur’an ten times?

There is no basis for the Hadith mentioning Ramadan in connection with reciting Surat Ya-Sin. As for the Hadith without mentioning Ramadan, "Indeed, for everything there is a heart, and the heart of the Qur'an is Ya-Sin. Whoever recites Ya-Sin, Allah will record for him, for its recitation, the recitation of the Qur'an ten times," it has been narrated through chains of transmission, all of which are weak, and some are even weaker. Among them are those that are fabricated (mawdu'), some that are mu'dal (missing two or more consecutive narrators), and some that are munkar (narrated by a weak narrator contradicting a reliable one). None of them are authentic, as clarified by the scholars.
