What is the legitimate Islamic solution for the obsessions that afflict me concerning losing my mind, the authenticity of the Prophetic حديث (Hadith) related to self-fortification, and the deficiency in acts of worship and not receiving reward?

You must reject the whispers of Satan that distract you from your worship and remembrances (adhkar); for he is an enemy to you. The proof that these whispers are from Satan is his saying to you that your worship has no reward, while Allah says: "Indeed, Allah does not allow to be lost the reward of those who do good." Excel in your worship, and increase your recitation of the prescribed remembrances, especially the morning and evening adhkar. Supplicate with what the Prophet ﷺ used to supplicate: "O Allah, I seek refuge in You from madness, leprosy, elephantiasis, and evil diseases." Accompany the righteous, adhere to gatherings of knowledge, and distance yourself from sins and transgressions that cause whispers.
