Is zakat obligatory on agricultural land planted with small fruit trees and irrigated with purchased water?

If the land was purchased for agricultural purposes and not with the intention of trade, then zakat is not obligatory on it. As for the zakat on what is produced by fruit-bearing trees, reference should be made to fatwas numbered: 65258, 45432, and 31725.
