What is the individual's share of Zakat al-Fitr this year for those with a middle income?

The amount of Zakat al-Fitr is one Sa' of dates, barley, raisins, or dried yogurt (aqt). This amount is fixed and does not change, and it is approximately equivalent to three kilograms of rice. Zakat is obligatory for anyone who possesses more than their sustenance for the day of Eid. It is permissible to pay Zakat al-Fitr for a group to one poor person, and for one person to more than one poor person.
