Which comes first: the scattering of the scrolls or the Reckoning?

Scholars have differed regarding the time when the scrolls (of deeds) will be unfurled. Many of them are of the view that the reckoning will occur first, and then the scrolls will be unfurled thereafter, with each person taking their scroll. Others are of the view that there will be an initial reckoning, after which the scrolls will be unfurled, followed by another reckoning to read what is in the books.
