How will the scrolls of the deeds of mankind be distributed and weighed on the Day of Resurrection?

After the reckoning of the servants, each servant will be given their book of deeds. The believer will take it in their right hand, as an honor to them, and will enter Paradise. The disbeliever, the hypocrite, and the people of misguidance will take it in their left hand from behind their backs and will enter Hellfire. Then the Balance will be set up to weigh the deeds of the servants. Scholars have differed as to whether it is a single balance or multiple balances, but it is real and has two pans. In it will be weighed sayings, deeds, the scrolls of deeds, and individuals.
