Is it permissible for me to pray Asr after I have started praying Maghrib?

Neglecting to perform the prayer, abandoning it, or delaying it beyond its prescribed time for the sake of work is a major sin and a sign of the hypocrites. It is not permissible to delay the prayer beyond its time except for a legitimate excuse, such as sleep, forgetfulness, or illness. If one remembers a missed prayer while performing a current one, they should complete the current prayer and then make up the missed one.
