Does God's mention of blowing into the Trumpet—which resembles a horn—indicate the permissibility of using horns or bells?

And it is not necessary that something dispraised cannot be resembled by something praised, for the sound of revelation is likened to the ringing of a bell, despite the prohibition of its accompaniment. The trumpet [Soor] is a horn, and it was mentioned in the story of the beginning of the Adhan using the word "trumpet" [Booq], which is the instrument used by the Jews for their call to prayer. The principle is that all musical instruments are forbidden, except what the Sunnah has exempted, such as the drum [Duff].
