Does shouting at and cursing the thief after the disaster nullify the reward for enduring it, and what is the magnitude of the thief's sin?

A Muslim is rewarded for their patience during a calamity if they recite the supplication for affliction: "Indeed we belong to Allah, and indeed to Him we return. O Allah, reward me in my calamity and compensate me with something better than it." It does not harm them if they do not say the supplication at the initial shock, for complete patience is that which is at the first shock. Theft is a grave sin and one of the major sins, and the thief is cursed. What he stole will be returned to its owner in this world or the Hereafter. In this trial there is great good and reward for the patient, and it may be a reason for obtaining something greater in the Hereafter, where rights will be fulfilled and good deeds will be given or evil deeds will be removed.
