Is it permissible to work as an accountant for a company that manages the accounts of a restaurant selling alcohol, knowing that the nature of the work requires entering alcohol invoices into the accounting system, and can a portion of the salary be donated to charities to make the earnings lawful?

It is not permissible for an accountant to enter invoices for the sale of alcohol, due to the tacit approval of evil and aiding in the continuation of selling a forbidden item. Indeed, "the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, cursed ten concerning wine," and among them are its seller and its buyer. And Allah Almighty says: ﴿And cooperate in righteousness and piety, but do not cooperate in sin and aggression.﴾ If it is not possible to avoid this, then seek another job, and dispose of a portion of your salary equivalent to the forbidden work until you find another job.
