Is it permissible to watch children's TV series in which real people act (young girls, children, adults) and in which there is no uncovering of 'awrah?

There is no harm in watching TV series as long as they do not contain forbidden things according to Sharia, such as that which is unlawful (haram), or temptations (fitna), or music, or unlawful mixing (ikhtilat), and as long as they do not waste time or distract from an obligation. This should be with the intention of recreation or scientific benefit.
