Would a man in his seventies, who is physically and sexually incapacitated, be committing a sin if he desired to marry a woman to assist and support him?

If a woman is aware of a man's inability to procreate or enjoy sexual intimacy and accepts this, then there is no sin upon him in marrying her. In fact, it may even be commendable for him, due to the general evidence that encourages marriage.
