Is it permissible, in Sharia, to marry a man who is sexually impotent, despite loving him and desiring him as a life partner?

A woman may marry a man who is unable to engage in sexual intercourse if she waives her right to it and knows of this before the marriage contract or consents to it afterwards. She is not then permitted to claim this right later. However, it is advisable not to marry such a man, because sexual intercourse and the procreation of children that results from it are natural human instincts, and foregoing them may lead to discord and enmity in the future. Also, no relationship should be established with this man before the marriage contract.
