Is it permissible to perform Tarawih prayer twice in one night, given the hadith "There is no Witr prayer twice in one night"? And what is the authenticity of this hadith?

Tarawih prayer is the night vigil (Qiyam al-Layl) in Ramadan, and it does not have a fixed number of rak'ahs. It is permissible to divide it into two parts: one at the beginning of the night and the other at its end, especially during the last ten nights of Ramadan, for Tahajjud and striving in worship. The Witr prayer should be made the last prayer.

If someone performs Tarawih prayer in one mosque and then goes to another mosque where they are still praying, there is no harm in him praying with them. However, he should not perform Witr twice, as the Prophet (peace be upon him) said: "There are no two Witr prayers in one night."

If the Imam prays in two mosques, or with two congregations, or prays as a ma'mum (follower) with one and as an Imam for the other, all of that is permissible. The Companions did similar things, such as Talq bin Ali, who led his companions in prayer after he had performed Witr in another mosque. It is recommended for him to engage in eating, drinking, or sitting between the two prayers.

If he performed Witr in his mosque and then prayed in another mosque, and they (the people in the second mosque) performed Witr, he should stand up after their Witr and pray one rak'ah to complete his previous Witr.
