Is it permissible to disobey one's mother and to not use a "pen of falsehood" on the Kaaba for the purpose of seeking blessings, knowing that belief in other than Allah is forbidden?
There is no doubt about the blessedness of the Sacred House (Kaaba), as Allah Almighty says: "Indeed, the first House [of worship] established for mankind was that at Bakkah - blessed and a guidance for the worlds."
However, believing in blessedness in what has touched it is an innovation (bid'ah). Therefore, it is not permissible to seek blessings from what has touched the Kaaba, such as its covering or its perfume, as this was not known among the Salaf (pious predecessors).
Seeking blessings from a created being is considered an innovation and a means to major shirk (polytheism), except for what has been specifically designated by evidence, such as drinking from Zamzam water and seeking blessings from the relics of the Prophet (peace be upon him).
There is no harm in using a pen that has touched the Kaaba without believing in any blessings within it, as it is like any other pen.
