The answer

First: Hemorrhoids are dilated blood vessels in the anus, and they can be internal or external.

Second: Regarding purification (tahara), external hemorrhoids do not invalidate ablution (wudu'), and it is necessary to clean clothes and the body if it is not difficult to do so. As for internal hemorrhoids that bleed externally: if the bleeding is intermittent, it invalidates ablution. If it is continuous, one should perform ablution after the time for prayer begins, similar to a woman experiencing continuous non-menstrual bleeding (mustahadah).

Third: Regarding prayer, whoever is able to stand during an obligatory prayer must do so. If one is unable, they should pray sitting or lying on their side, and they will receive full reward for their illness.
