Does a husband's viewing of pornography (including images of females with real male genitalia) mean that he is a homosexual, and how can the wife deal with the deterioration of her psychological state as a result, especially since she cannot consult a psychiatrist without her husband's knowledge?

The wife is advised to turn to Allah and supplicate to Him for the rectification of her husband, for Allah is the One who answers the distressed and removes evil, and the hearts of servants are in His hands. As for the husband, his viewing of obscene images indicates the abominable nature of his act, and he must repent sincerely. If he does not repent, the wife has the choice between seeking a divorce, because there is no good in remaining with one who abandons the rights of Allah, or enduring him if there is a benefit. To overcome distress and anguish, it is recommended to frequently remember Allah and recite appropriate supplications, for in the remembrance of Allah do hearts find tranquility. It is permissible for the wife to go out for treatment without her husband's permission, while observing the Sharia regulations. This includes seeking treatment from a female doctor, even if she is a non-believer, or a male doctor when necessary, provided there is no khalwa (private seclusion). It is not permissible to inform anyone about what the husband has done, except to the extent that is necessary.
