When should a person suffering from سلس (urinary incontinence/constant discharge) perform ablution (wudu') for the Eid prayer, given that the time for Eid prayer is predetermined and announced on television, and the Imam immediately begins the تكبيرات (takbirat) upon the entry of the time, which might cause the person with سلس to miss some or all of the prayer if they perform ablution at the exact entry of the time?

The time for Eid prayer is like the time for Duha prayer; it begins when the sun has risen to the height of a spear and ends at zawal (midday). It is not permissible for someone with an excuse (ma'dhur) to perform ablution for Eid prayer before its time begins. Rather, they should perform ablution after the time has begun and pray what they catch and make up what they missed. If they miss the prayer with the Imam, they may pray it individually.
